NM Public Education Department
The NMPED is pleased to offer an Early Warning System (EWS) to middle and high schools in New Mexico. This project provides teams with a strong foundation to develop and implement an Early Warning System in their schools. Technical support and professional development addresses efficient implementation strategies, alignment of indicators to a tiered intervention system, identification of effective interventions, EWS linkage to college and career readiness, and data-based decision making.
As a participating school, leaders, counselors, and teachers have access to leading-edge and custom-developed resources, provided by Johns Hopkins University.
