Federal Programs
HPREC provides technical assistance
and federal program coordination to member districts as a part of the
HPREC Federal program Consolidated Application. Specifically, HPREC
assist districts in the completion of the consolidated application,
budgeting, purchasing, reporting, and project oversight (Tile 1, Title
II, Title IV, and Title V). In addition, HPREC provides technical
assistance on program implementation, federal guidelines, and allowable
expenses.
