Fiscal Management


HPREC provides member districts with Fiscal Management through support, technical assistance, and professional development. Specifically, HPREC provides training and support to district-based Business Managers in the areas of:

  • Preparation and submission of operating budgets,

  • Preparation for submission of IDEA Consolidated application,

  • Preparation for submission of Federal Programs Consolidated application,

  • Allowable expenditures for state and federal funds such as IDEA, Medicaid, and Federal Programs, and

  • Visions Software.

In addition, HPREC is the financial liaison between member districts and NMPED.
