Fiscal Management
HPREC provides member districts with
Fiscal Management through support, technical assistance, and
professional development. Specifically, HPREC provides training and
support to district-based Business Managers in the areas of:

Preparation and submission of operating budgets,
-
Preparation for submission of IDEA Consolidated
application,
-
Preparation for submission of Federal Programs
Consolidated application,
-
Allowable expenditures for state and federal funds such
as IDEA, Medicaid, and Federal Programs, and
-
Visions Software.
In addition, HPREC is the financial liaison between member
districts and NMPED.
