On behalf of the entire team at HPREC #3, we would like to thank R. Stephen Aguirre for 37 years of service as Executive Director. We want to express our deepest gratitude for his dedication, diligence, and development of HPREC #3’s vision and legacy. With Stephen’s leadership, HPREC #3 has successfully grown into a respected regional educational cooperative, fostering strong collaborative relationships among its member districts and providing programs and services that have positively impacted students, educators, and communities throughout the Northeastern NM region.
